I am not looking for RIGHT or WRONG, I am just looking for ME! It is my mission for everyone to understand their sexual brain science. The Neurological sexual self is not to be feared, but to be embraced. It is okay to be your sexual-self. First you must know who you are, the secret part of yourself that only one finds after a deep dive into the subconscious Limbic Systems (Alpha, Theta, Delta). NRT is a new way to view the sex brain and how it plays out biologically, socially, psychologically, and spiritually. To finally see yourself in harmony. Sex Therapy
Sex therapy can be a multitude of things: The biological, Social, Psychological, or Spiritual dimensions of the human experience. It can just simply be education in areas that you need, help with learning skills, gender, anatomy, sexual response cycles understanding one's own sexual self, or a deeper dive into certain areas that need extensive exploration, such as trauma. An initial assessment is all it takes to guide you in the right direction.
